In 2022, we discussed the quick opening blind（quick opening closure) plan with the customer. After repeated technical discussions and more than three months of technical exchanges, the customer finally confirmed the purchase intention.

Due to the epidemic, the customer appointed a third party TUV to our factory for factory inspection and review of qualification documents, and the final customer placed an order for 10 sets of quick-opening blind plates.

Due to large size and pressure of the blind plate, it not only needs to meet the acceptance conditions of ASME U Stamp, but also needs to consider

 the actual opening and closing functions. Our engineers, technicians and operators constantly carry out opening and closing tests on the quick-opening blind plate, 

so as to develop special auxiliary opening and closing structures for this project, which can realize fast opening and closing functions.
