General Introduction of Foam Pig
Polyurethane foam pig are used to remove dust or fluids from all pipe materials. They are generally pushed through a pipe using air or water pressure.
Although they can be supplied with a facility to allow them to be pulled through a pipe.
Foam pigs are flexible and bi-directional .they will negotiate all conventional pipeline fittings such as bends,valves and reduced diameter branch connections,
they will also easily pass through greatly reduced pipe diameter and partial obstructions.Other used include line drying and product separation.
Models can also be manufactured to allow for customized features such as towing ropes or transmitter housings.
The pipe equipment range of foam pigs are manufactured from a specially selected grade of foam that has good wear resistance and is designed to maintain an effective seal.
Meanwhile, our foam pig can have the gauging, steel brush and locate position at the same time.

1.High Density/Medium Fully Coating Long-run Foam Pig
The long-run foam pig is completely covered with low-wear polyurethane elastomer. It is used both for pipeline cleaning and for hydrostatic testing and provides optimal seal.
The high density long-run foam pig will traverse diameter reductions up to 10%.
2.High /Medium Density Wire-Brush Foam Pig
The wire brush is set at an angle in order to increase cleaning effect,these brushes generate a pipe wall cleaning and scraping effect and will remove scale rust.
The wire brush foam pig will traverse diameter reductions up to 10%. The wire brush foam pig is also available with stainless steel.
3.High/Medium Density Criss cross Foam Pig
The criss cross foam pig is provided with a crisscross pattern of tough,low-wear polyurethane Scraping bands,these bands generate effective pipe wall cleaning.
Both the nose and bottom are coated as well with red coloured elastomer which makes the pig appropriate for heavy dust removal or debris.
4.Low Density Foam Pig
The soft foam pig is mostly used for frequent wiping or for air drying after hydrostatic testing.
The soft foam pig has excellent water-absorption properties and is provided with a strong polyurethane back-seal in natural color,
The soft foam pig will traverse diameter reductions up to 20%.
