What is a pig

The pig is a special tool for cleaning pipelines driven by gas, liquid or pipeline transport medium. It can carry electromagnetic launching devices and ground receiving instruments together to form an electronic tracking system. It can also be equipped with other supporting accessories to complete various complex pipeline tasks.

working principle

Relying on the scraping and scouring action of the pig itself or the machine with it to remove the scale or deposits in the pipeline.
