Define of QOC
Band locking Quick opening closure as its integral scalable locking ring structure ,compare with other type quick opening closure, its shorten the time of the opening and closing,only a person .
With less than 200N force to easily finish in one minute.
With unique self-tightening type lip seal structure make the sealing more safe and reliable.
With safety lock system has self-locking function.
When the equipment before booster, fast-opening blind and the locking structure on the scheduled operating parts can all lock, if not to reserve lock position, the equipment can't booster, when the equipment after unloading, before blind flange cover open , can completely make the container inner pressure relief, all realize the secondary pressure relief, to avoid the safety problems due to wrong operation.

Maintenance Notice of WS Band Locking QOC
Take away the sealing ring from groove, and confirm sealing groove have not damage.
Take away old sealing ring and clean up the sealing groove, and then smear some grease.
Press sealing ring into the top groove and ensure sealing placed in center of groove, and then press the sealing ring into groove symmetrically.
