Cyclone Separator is a kind of dust equipment used for removing suspended solids for a long time in the covening gas. Cyclone separator in the application of pipeline engineering solved the pipeline gas of the dust,fog's influence on the transmission and use of the work.Setting the separator in the front-end of filter In the process design , It can greatly improve the whole process of the pipeline transmission precision and efficiency. Meanhwile,it also can improve the service life of pipeline.Its connected Cyclone centrifugal separation, filtration separation technologies etc as one which widely used in the separation of gas, liquid and gas, solid separation of the mixture.

Working principle
Cyclone separation as an important equipment in natural gas, petroleum,chemical industry, coal-fired power plants and environmental protection and other fields have been widely used.It uses principle of gravity settling,centrifugal sedimentation to isolate solid, liquid impurities and fine dust particles from air flow. When entrained solids and gases from one tangent direction of the droplets into the cyclone, the gas can rotate on high speed along the wall and downward to the bottom as spiral motion according to the spiral path.when reach to the bottom then upward as the The inner topspin airflow.Finally the gas out from the outlet of separator into the pipeline. |
