Define
Air Eliminator is the attached device of the flow meter,which can remove the air and solid impurity so as to ensure the flow meter accuracy and operation life.
WS-QAL type Air eliminator is the attached device of the flow
meter,when using volumetric flow meter measure the flow of fluid, if the mixed gas in the liquid ,the liquid and gas will be measured at the same time.
Although the high precision of the flow meter itself but lose meaning. Hence, Its essential to remove the mixture gas before measuring.
WS-QAL type air eliminator have the function of separation and removal of gas in the liquid, it can filter the impurity in the liquid so as to ensure the flow meter accuracy and working normally.
Classsification
Air eliminator have vertical and horizontal type.
The filter ,rectifier and air eliminator all be the attached device of flow meter.
We usually call its "three kinds of equipment", it protect the flow meter working normally and its the essential equipment to improve the flow meter accuracy .
working principle
When the refined oil enter into air eliminator, the filter net can remove the solid impurity , at the same time the oil from entry to vessel ,hit the plate leading to the decrease of pressure, change the liquid flow direction and rise the liquid flowing , Through the plate make the free gas and parts resolved gas overflow primary, oil continue rise, flow divided by plate makes oil and gas separate further, gas up to the top end and form a gas phase space, with the enlargement of gas space, interface of oil and gas down, when it down to a certain height, the floating ball valve device work and vent gas.As the elimination of gas the oil and gas interface rise makes the floating ball valve closed. Hence,The repeated action can achieve the purpose of separation.

Installation
Before installation should clear thoroughly the impurity or residue. The long straight pipe should be installed before the position of air eliminator in order to let the liquid enter into air eliminator stably.
As the explosion of gas discharge under atmosphere, the gas distributor need to equipped to avoid the air polluted and accident happen Install the manometer beside the entrance or exit, the filter net need clean when the lose
pressure larger than 0.07Mpa.
When start the measuring system ,it should open the valve slowly and let liquid enter into air eliminator slowly to avoid the liquid out from the gas discharge of floating ball valve.
Notice
Air eliminator should be installed before measuring meter and in correct direction.
Open the vent valve before using and ensure the air mix in the liquid can out smoothly before entering into measuring meter.
Air eliminator need to clean regularly to decrease the loss pressure and ensure the effect of elimination of air and filtration.
Its abnormal phenomenon if large amount of oil erupt, you should close the vent and close the related valves. After safe open the air eliminator to check and service.
