1.Horizontal Three-Phase Separator

Internal structure: The gas-liquid mixture enters the separator through the gas-liquid inlet for basic phase separation.

 The gas enters the gas channel and settles through the rectifier and gravity to separate the droplets. 

The liquid enters the liquid space to separate the bubbles and the oil flows upwards. The water flows downwards.

 The flow is separated and the gas flows out of the gas outlet after removing the small droplets from the mist catcher before leaving the separator. Oil flows from the top through the overflow baffle into the oil sump and out of the oil outlet. 

Water flows through the overflow baffle and enters the water tank. Outflow from the outlet.

After the gas-liquid mixture enters the separator through the gas-liquid inlet, the basic phase separation is accomplished through the 

abrupt changes in the flow velocity and flow direction. The gas flows upwards in the gas channel and the droplets are separated by gravity. 

The liquid enters the oil-water interface through the downcomer, and the bubbles and oil flow upward. Flow, water flow down to be separated
