3.Application

1. 1. In most technological processes in which gas media are used, it is necessary to use gas of high purity degree.

2. In many cases filters such as separator filters which are within our production range, are fairly sufficient.

3. If gas contains also solid contaminants and liquid fractions, the use of separator types of filtering devices is not possible.

4. In such cases, double stage gas cleaning with multi cyclone filter is necessary; first to eliminate liquids and then dusts and solid impurities.

5. Phase separation by this technology rely on imposing a change in direction to the gas stream, forcing the heavier material to spin to an outer wall or into a drop-out area of the vessel.Multi cyclone filters can be designed according to any international standard requested by the customer.

6. Standard design is according to ASME Code VIII Div.1.The efficiency of these type filters depends on the separator (which is a steel) design. 

7. This is in accordance with the customer requirements.In general result characterized by a very high efficiency of gas cleaning, combining features of separator filters and multi cyclone filters.

8. Used for gas gathering and transportation station,pressure gas station,pigging station and gas distributing station.

9.   Protection of mainline transmission systems.

4.Performance

a.Filtration separation effect 99.9% removal efficiency for solid particles ≥ 0.3μm,Droplets with a particle size greater than 0.1 μm can be separated

b.Pressure drop after cyclone separation less than 0.04MPa

c.Filter initial pressure difference less than 0.01MPa

d.Total initial pressure drop of equipment  less than 0.05MPa

e.Filter allowable working pressure difference 0.15MPa

f.Filter structure strength more than 0.5MPa
